# How AI is used in the work.

AI helps read, compare, draft and explain. The agreed sources, permissions, responsible person and evidence determine what can be acted on and what still needs checking.

From R18,500 a month. The first look is free.

## Begin with the right reading scope.

The free look uses public information and any description you choose to provide. Private work begins only with an agreed purpose and supported access to the relevant systems.

We keep source facts, people’s words and assumptions distinct. A model’s confident answer is not proof that a payment arrived, a job finished or a person approved an action.

## What governs the work.

### A person responsible

Each agreed piece has a named owner and a route for exceptions. Physical and specialist decisions stay with the people responsible for them.

### Permission for the action

Reading access does not permit sending, paying, signing or deleting. The exact action follows the approval it needs.

### Evidence you can inspect

A draft is labelled as a draft. The record of an action is checked in the system where it happened, and missing coverage stays visible.

## Questions

### Is using AI automatically compliant with privacy law?

Using AI does not settle privacy obligations. Before private work begins, the data, purpose, provider settings, permissions and agreement need to be assessed for that work.

### Do you keep a copy of our mailbox?

We read in place through the agreed connection and do not keep a mailbox copy. The business file, working records and data-handling terms are explained before private work.

### Can we use a different assistant later?

The business file is plain text and remains yours. A different tool may need new permissions, configuration and testing.

## Read the data page before sharing details.

The public data page describes how an enquiry and the business file are handled.
