For a team: the business file, working instructions and approval roles are set up in your company-controlled workspace, with a Blue Lab person as a member.

The foundation and first piece are included. Six months to begin, then month by month. Further ongoing piece: R7,500 a month.

Your own assistant subscription is paid directly to its provider. A finite change is quoted for its scope. The written quote explains the audit credit, applicable VAT and any additional software costs before you agree.

## Questions

### Do staff all use the owner’s account?

No. The supported account and permission arrangement is checked for the workspace and the agreed responsibilities. Passwords are not shared with us.

### What is the initial term?

Six months to begin, then month by month. The written quote identifies the foundation, first piece and any additional costs.

### Can the team take over?

The files and working instructions stay with you. A handover must also check the people, access, configuration and tests needed to carry on.
