Your business / words
Plain words for the work.
These are the words we use for the first look, the business file, agreed work and decisions. They describe what you receive and what still needs your say.

What we mean.
- Your business blueprint
- The first public look at a business: what we found, why it may matter and what we would check next. It does not require private account access.
What we mean.
- Your business file
- A plain-language account of how the business works, what the owner wants, the sources behind it and the corrections still needed. The owner keeps it.
What we mean.
- A piece of the business
- An agreed responsibility with a clear finish or an ongoing result. Rebuilding an offer page is finite; following accepted quotes through to written bookings is ongoing.
What we mean.
- Your business, in the chat you already use
- Your business file and agreed work in your chosen assistant, with a real person at Blue Lab responsible. The connections and permissions depend on the work and the assistant.
What we mean.
- Needs your yes
- A specific proposed action that is waiting for the approval it needs. The person deciding can see what will happen and what their reply approves.
What we mean.
- A result to watch
- A measure the owner chooses, read from the business’s own records at the agreed time. Missing records stay visible; a change in the number is not automatically caused by our work.
