The proposal states the work, the systems it needs, who is responsible and what is outside the agreed work. We agree the approval rules and how an exception reaches the right person.
A useful piece might follow quotes to their outcome, keep confirmed job information together or prepare invoice follow-ups from actual payment records. The business’s evidence chooses the piece.

What is includedThe first piece is chosen from your business and what you want. Its scope and responsibility are agreed in writing.
Your own assistant subscription is paid directly to its provider. A finite change is quoted for its scope. The written quote explains the audit credit, applicable VAT and any additional software costs before you agree.
The agreed updates and decisions reach your chosen assistant or channel. You choose what to see and when, with a real person at Blue Lab responsible.
The missing evidence stays visible. We do not report a completed action or a result that the business’s records cannot establish.
You keep the file and working instructions prepared for you. Your own systems remain the record; the handover names the remaining work and any access changes.
