Your business / the audit

See how the business really works.

The audit combines an agreed reading of records with a visit and the owner’s corrections. It ends with a business file, supported findings and a first change to consider.

See what’s possible

From R18,500 a month. The first look is free.

Before, during and after the visit.

  1. Before

    Read the available record

Agree the sources and period. Connect the request, promise, work, invoice and payment where the evidence permits, and prepare the questions that still need a person.

  2. Together

    Follow real work

Walk a real job and the owner’s week with the people who do it. See how a normal day works, with the visit sized to the business.

  3. After

    Choose what to change

Reconcile the record with the people’s corrections. Show where an opportunity is evidenced, what remains uncertain and the cost and result of the proposed first step.

Clear work. Clear prices.

A first deeper look

The audit

R25,000for most businesses

A visit and an agreed reading of the business. The file shows what the evidence reveals, what needs checking and a first step.

  • For most businesses; larger ones quoted in writing.
  • Credited against the first month if you go ahead within thirty days. We explain the credit in your written quote.
What is included

The first piece is chosen from your business and what you want. Its scope and responsibility are agreed in writing.

Your own assistant subscription is paid directly to its provider. A finite change is quoted for its scope. The written quote explains the audit credit, applicable VAT and any additional software costs before you agree.

A few useful answers.

Is the free look the same as an audit?

No. The free look uses public information. The audit adds agreed private records, a visit and corrections from people in the business.

Do I keep the file if we do no further work?

Yes. The business file prepared for you remains yours. Proceeding with a change is a separate decision.

Will every finding have a financial value?

Only where the records support it. Estimates and missing information are stated, and a possible gain is not counted as money received.
